Citizens' charter issued

JAIPUR: A citizens' charter issued by the Rajasthan Government's Local Self Department has given the right to the public at large to get information about the works undertaken in each ward and make complaints easily.

State Urban Development and Local Self Minister Shanti Dhariwal released the charter here on Tuesday. Citizens can directly approach the service centres to be established in different areas and also register their complaints at a toll-free telephone number, which can later be followed up.
