NIZAMABAD: Ankar Ravi, the ECE first year student of Vijaya Rural Engineering College under Makloor police station limits was injured by his senior students Saidevi Khanna and four others when the former opposed the ragging on Friday afternoon. According to Deputy Superintendent of Police, G. Raghava Reddy, Ravi was harassed by the accused students when he was going to laboratory within the college campus. As he refused to act as per the direction of senior students Khanna hit on his head with an instrument causing bleeding injury. The Makloor police registered case and are searching for the accused students, said the Deputy Superintendent of Police.
