Traffic policemen thrash motorist

HYDERABAD: Three traffic policemen beat up a motorist accusing him of abusing and assaulting one of them after being stopped for using mobile phone while driving at Himayathnagar on Thursday night. The motorist, Ismail, was going ahead ignoring signs. “It seems the two-wheeler rider abused and assaulted one of our policemen on duty after exchanging heated arguments,” Traffic DCP G.V.G. Ashok Kumar said on Friday. Meanwhile, two colleagues of the traffic policeman rushed to the place and started showering blows on Ismail.
