Yeddyurappa on sudden visit to Delhi

Special Correspondent

NEW DELHI: Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa arrived here on Tuesday night on a sudden visit.

He is likely to meet senior BJP leader L.K. Advani and Leader of the Opposition in Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj as he could not meet them after the party announced his continuation as Chief Minister last week in the wake of reports of replacing him following a land scam issue.

Sources said that the Chief Minister planned to have a breakfast meeting with BJP MPs from Karnataka on Wednesday to brief them about the land allotments made by Janata Dal (Secular) and Congress Chief Ministers in Karnataka.
