Kozhikode: Minister for Cultural Affairs M.A. Baby will inaugurate a cultural festival held as part of the fourth international book fair organised by the Kerala Bhasha Institute at Jaffer Khan Colony Road on Thursday at 4 p.m. Chairman of the organising committee U.A. Khader will preside over the function. Mayor A.K. Premajam will inaugurate the book fair. Writer P.Govinda Pillai will be the chief guest. MLA P.M.A. Salam, district panchayat president K.Jameela and others will take part in a programme in memory of the late poet A.Ayyappan. Dr. K.K.N. Kurup will release the book Vaijnanika Viplavam- Oru Samskarika Charitram written by P.Govinda Pillai at 5 p.m. A play Angitha Orungunnu by Thrissur Abhinaya will be staged at 7 p.m., a release said.
