Trekking in Sattari

PANAJI: The 21st Dipaji Rane 2010 National Trekking Expedition organised by Saahas Academy, Goa in collaboration with Goa Directorate of Sports and Youth Affairs and World Wildlife Fund for Nature India, Goa Division, is scheduled to be held from December 26 to 30 at Western Ghats of Sahyadri, Santre village in Valpoi, Sattari taluk of north Goa.
Participation is open to all students and youths. Participants have to bear all travel expenses from their place to base camp at Santre, Valpoi, Sattari-Goa.
The participation fee will be Rs. 1,000 for participants from outside Goa, Rs. 400 for participants from educational institutions and Rs. 2,500 for family camping consisting of husband, wife and two children aged up to 15. Those who complete all treks would get certificates.
