VISAKAHPATNAM: India Blue won the BCCI women's Challenger Trophy, beating India Green by seven wickets in the final at the ACA-VDCA stadium here on Sunday. Captain Mithali Raj with a quick unbeaten half-century (53, 4x4) led the team to victory as India Blue reached the target of 193 with 2.2 overs to spare. The scores: India Green 192 for four in 50 overs (M.D. Thirushkamini 78, Kadambini Mahakud 36, Anagha Deshpande 35, Shilpa Gupta three for 33) lost to India Blue 193 for three in 47.4 overs (Mithali Raj 53 n.o., Mona Meshram 50, Shweta Jadhav 38) . — Special Correspondent
