Airbus suffers bird-hit during landing

Bhubaneswar: A Kingfisher flight from Bangalore suffered a bird-hit while landing at Biju Patnaik airport here on Sunday.

Airbus-320 with 150 people on board landed safely. The flight was hit by a bird on its front portion. No one was hurt., airline sources said.

After thorough check, the flight took off for its return journey to Bangalore later in the evening, sources added. — PTI
