Sri Lankan refugees protest

Tiruvannamalai: Sri Lankan Refugees of Athiyanthal Refugee Camp situated near here resorted to sudden protest in Collectorate on Monday demanding to repair their leaking houses. The participants said their houses wbecame waterlogged in the Sunday's rain, and so they had to look for other places to sleep. After their phone calls to officials went futile they came to Collectorate, resorted to sudden fasting agitation. They withdrew the agitation after officials assured them to look into their problems.
