School student missing

TAMBARAM: A school student is reported missing from his house in Madambakkam near Tambaram since Wednesday.
The Selaiyur police said R. Kumar was a Plus Two student of a central school and resident of Padmavathy Nagar (Extension). Son of a non-commissioned officer of the Indian Air Force Station in Tambaram, Kumar returned home from school on December 8.
A little later, he changed clothes and left home.
As he did not return home even after two days, his parents lodged a complaint with the Selaiyur police station on December 10. Further investigations were on, police said, adding that the family hailed from Uttar Pradesh.
