Ruby, Zones post wins

Kollam: Ruby CC and Zones CC scored contrasting wins in the Kollam district ‘A' division cricket league here on Sunday.

Ruby CC defeated Pataudi CC by one wicket while Zones CC crushed Younis College of Engineering by 10 wickets.

The scores:

Patuadi CC 223 in 43 overs (Aneesh 52, M.G.Hari 45, Sanil Kumar three for 32) lost to Ruby CC 227 for nine in 40.1 overs (Sinil 43, S.Anil 36)

Younis College of Engineering 97 in 21.2 overs (Sujith 36, Manaf four for 35) lost to Zones CC 100 in 16.2 overs (Nadeem 41 no, Nazeem 41 no).
