"Christmas resonates the message of caring and sharing and of breaking down the walls that come between us. The stable in Bethlehem where Jesus was born had visitors who were rich and not-so-rich, affluent and not-so-affluent, the powerful and the not-so-powerful.
There were shepherds and wisemen (rich and affluent) who visited the baby Jesus. As we celebrate Christmas, it is essential for each of us to realize and recognize the common humanity we share. It is my desire that all of us draw closer to each other in this spirit of unity."
