Bhambri and Bopanna given wild cards

Chennai: Yuki Bhambri and Rohan Bopanna have been awarded singles wild cards to the main draw for the Aircel Chennai Open. The losing finalist from the last edition, Stanislas Wawrinka, will complete the trio of wild cards at the event.

Somdev Devvarman's ranking allows him direct entry into the tournament and with Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi expected to pair up in doubles, the current edition will feature a healthy Indian presence. — Sports Reporter
