KOLLAM: Minister for Culture M.A. Baby will inaugurate the district-level Keralotsavam at Anchal on December 24. District panchayat president R. Goalakrishna Pillai will preside. The sports events will start on the day and arts events on December 27. The Anchal Saint John's College auditorium will be the main venue. A cultural procession, from market junction to the venue, will precede the inaugural function. \The programmes will conclude on December 29.
