Kozhikode: The Beypore Fest, suspended on Thursday and Friday following the demise of the former Chief Minister K. Karunakaran on Thursday, will resume on Saturday. The event will go on till Tuesday. As scheduled, a comedy show by Suraj Venjarammod and group will be held at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday. The dance programme by Mudra, Feroke, will be at 6 p.m. A music programme by singer M.G. Sreekumar and the programmes sponsored by the Kadalundi panchayat will be on Sunday. The programme by Chitra Iyer will be on Monday. The ‘Cinemala' team will perform on Tuesday, a press release issued here on Friday said.
