Kozhikode: A district-level organising committee was formed on Wednesday to coordinate the implementation of ‘Athulyam,' the class-IV equivalency programme of Lifelong Education Awareness Programme (LEAP). District panchayat president K. Jameela presided over the meeting convened for the purpose. Assistant coordinator of the project C. Abul Rasheed was also present.
