VISAKHAPATNAM: Recovering from the shock of shooting down of a supporter of former MP Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy on Friday night at K. Venkatapuram, former Commercial Taxes Minister Konathala Ramakrishna went to the village on Saturday. The target of Friday's attack was primarily believed to be sarpanch P. Ramesh, but two others also got caught while moving closely with him and Yellapu Govind lost his life. Former TTD Chairman B. Karunakar Reddy and Mr. Ramakrishna placed wreaths of flower on Yellapu Govind's body at Narsipatnam. They along with Payakaraopeta MLA G. Baburao and MLC Suryanarayana Raju visited K.D. Peta and celebrated Christmas in the village, while fine-tuning the route to be taken by Mr. Jaganmohan Reddy during Odarpu Yatra beginning January 3. Meanwhile, the Jagan Sena is getting an office for ‘Odarpu Yatra' opened by Anakapalle MP Sabbam Hari and Mr. Karunakar Reddy at Maddilapalem on National Highway No.5 on Sunday at 11.55 a.m.
