FCI procures discoloured paddy

HYDERABAD: As follow-up action to Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy's assurance that the government was prepared to purchase paddy with 20 per cent discolouration, the Food Corporation of India (FCI) has already launched procurement operations. The procurement is being done by IPK groups.
