Bangalore: A Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) employee, who was repairing a faulty telephone connection, slipped and fell to his death from the seventh floor of the National Games Village (NGV) here on Wednesday. The Audgodi police said M. Muniraju (53) of Arishinakunte in Nelamangala taluk in Bangalore Rural district was a senior line operator. He was repairing the faulty telephone line of BSNL office when he fell. He died instantly. He is survived by his wife Manjula and a daughter. Teen ends life A 13-year-old girl hanged herself at her home in D.B. Sandra Tuesday night. The Vidyaranyapura police said the teen, daughter of an electrician, ended her life when her parents were away. Hit-and-run Srinivas (29), a ‘D' group employee at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) died when his motorcycle was hit by an unidentified vehicle near the KEB junction near Nagavara at 5 a.m. on Outer Ring Road in the Banasawadi traffic police station limits in the early hours of Wednesday. Run over by trains Two unidentified men, aged about 30 years, were killed in separate accidents after being run over by trains on Wednesday. While the first death was near Soladevanahalli, the other was near Doddaballapur railway station.
