Novel gesture:K. Govind distributing clothes to inmates of Sri Vivekananda Maharogi Arogya Kendram near Rajahmundry on Saturday. RAJAHMUNDRY: People living in distress were offered a helping hand on New Year Day. K. Govind, a physically challenged man with support of five auto drivers on Saturday celebrated New Year in a different style . He along with his friends early in the morning drove straight to Zion Blind school and celebrated New Year along with visually challenged children. He invited freedom fighter Nyapati Subbarao Pantulu's grandson Nyapati Narasimharao and his wife for cutting the cake in the school and distributed sweets to them. Then they went to Sri Vivekananda Maharogi Arogya Kendram, Bommuru , where Govind and his friends arranged lunch for more than 80 leprosy patients . They also distributed clothes to them along with former minister Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary and Nyapati Narasimha Rao-Ramanamma. The Kendra incharge Voleti Satyanarayana, Ravi and Tulasi Prakash thanked Govind and his friends .
