ONGOLE: Miscreants struck at a mobile phone recharge cards outlet and a house in the town in the early hours of Tuesday and made away with Rs. 80,000 in cash and jewels worth Rs. 90,000 respectively. Police said the miscreants broke open the doors and gained entry into the house near Montessori school before decamping with the jewels. In the second incident, the miscreants broke open the shutters of mobile phone recharge cards distributor on the Kurnool road and escaped with the cash, the police said.
