Online application available for BU correspondence courses

Bangalore: Now you can apply online for the various courses offered by the Directorate of Correspondence Courses and Distance Education, Bangalore University, for the academic year 2010-11.

The candidates can use enrol for the courses by submitting application online from the website www.dccbub.in. The candidate will have to login with the user name as “guest” and password as “guest” and clink the link “enrol” to submit applications online.

The students should also upload photo online and take a print out of the filled application. The demand draft, drawn for the pre-printed amount in the application form, should be obtained in favour of the Finance Officer, Bangalore University, Bangalore. The application, along with photo copies of documents, has to be submitted for direct admission. The original documents should be produced for verification, said a press release.

Applications and prospectus can also be obtained by paying requisite fee at the selected designated branches of State Bank of Mysore across the State.

The last date for submitting application form without fine is January 31 and with penalty, it is February 10. The details of the courses offered, fee structure, rules and regulations, and prospectus are available on www.dccbub.in.
