Panaji: Four persons, including a woman allegedly affiliated to Manipur-based militant group People's United Liberation Front (PULF), were arrested on Wednesday from the coastal village of Cansaulim near here in a joint police operation of the two States.
Those arrested have been identified as Saira Banu, Mohammad Noor, Avakatom, and Samir Khan, all wanted in connection with the crimes in the North-East.
A police team from Manipur had arrived in the State with specific inputs about these four persons who were working in Goa.
