Shop destroyed in fire

KOLLAM: A fire broke out at a three-storeyed paint shop on the Beach Road at Chinnakada on Monday afternoon. The fire was first noted by a passerby on the top floor around 3 p.m. The blaze, fuelled by paint and other inflammable material stored inside, quickly spread to the other two floors too.At least two adjoining shops were also partially damaged.
