Meet targets T-JAC

HYDERABAD: A meeting of Telangana employees, teachers and workers coordination committee here on Wednesday targeted the Telangana joint action committee (JAC) for not taking along all groups fighting for Statehood.

The meetingdecided to bring on a common platform all organisations in the future. Telugu Desam MLA K. Harishwar Reddy and Prof. Keshav Rao Jadhav spoke.

Talking to reporters later, committee president K. Gopal Reddy said it was decided to organise district-level meetings in the coming months. He quoted the TDP MLA as saying that the party was still ignorant why it was dropped from the JAC.

Several leaders in TDP favoured separate State.
