BITS-Pilani fest on February 3

PANAJI: Quark, the annual techno-managerial and innovation festival organised by the BITS-Pilani, Goa Campus, in association with Cypress Semiconductors, NetCore & Mahindra Scorpio, will be held from February 3 to 6.

Quark 2011 presents a plethora of events from 8 different categories viz. Chemical, Corporate, Digital Arts, Mechanical, Programming, Robotics, pure Sciences and Specials. It also gives students a platform to present their projects and exchange new ideas and the cutting edge research work through paper presentations.

TEDxBITSGoa, scheduled on Sunday, is a platform where some of the most prolific thinkers and doers will give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes or less. It focuses on the central theme of ideas worth spreading along with innovations in the modern age. Speakers include technocrats, entrepreneurs, artists, wildlife biologists, wildlife photographers, musicians.
