Demo seeking increase in pay

Tiruvannamalai: Police Department ministerial staff staged a demonstration in front of the district police office here on Wednesday, demanding increase in basic pay and grade pay.

“Until the government increased the pay, they should give us 10 per cent of the salary as special pay,” the protestors said.
