Training in bakery products

COIMBATORE: A training in making bakery products will be held at the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University on February 9 and 10.

According to a university release, it will include making of variety of breads, cakes and biscuits.

Fee

Those interested can pay a fee of Rs. 1,000 in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Dean, Agricultural Engineering, and sent to Head, Post Harvest Technology Centre, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore – 641003, the release added.
