AIADMK protest tomorrow

CHENNAI: The AIADMK will hold a demonstration at Manapparai on Monday to strongly criticise the DMK, which has brought shame to Tamil Nadu through the ‘2G spectrum scam,' and to demand that the government check price rise.

In a statement here, party general secretary Jayalalithaa said the protest would be organised by the party's Tiruchi rural unit. People were suffering because of “deterioration of law and order.” Besides, price rise was causing concern. There should be a probe by a joint parliamentary committee into spectrum scam.
