Plus Two exam: Hall tickets to be issued to private candidates

TIRUCHI: The State Directorate of Government Examinations will distribute hall tickets to all the eligible private candidates appearing for the Plus Two public examinations March 2011, from February 9 to 11.

The hall tickets will be distributed in the following 15 centres in the central districts: Government HSS, Aranthangi; Brahdambal Government Higher Secondary School, Pudukottai; Municipal Higher Secondary School, Karur; Nirmala Girls Higher Secondary School, Ariyalur; Fatima Girls Higher Secondary School, Jayamkondam; St. Dominic Girls HSS, Perambalur; Amala Girls Higher Secondary School, Musiri; Government HSS, Lalgudi; St. Joseph's College Higher Secondary School, Tiruchi; St. Paul's Girls Higher Secondary School, Mayiladuthurai; Municipal Girls HSS, Nagapattinam; Veludaiyar Higher Secondary School, Tiruvarur; Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Pattukottai; Arignar Anna Government Higher Secondary School, Kumbakonam; Sacred Heart Girls HSS, Thanjavur.

An official press release issued today by S.Bhavani, regional deputy director of Government Examinations, urged the candidates to check their name, date of birth, registration number, examination centre and date, subjects, on the hall tickets.

If any discrepancy was found, they should get in touch with the additional secretary (higher secondary), Directorate of Government Examinations, Chennai-6, either in person or by post.

Candidates who have not received the hall tickets can also contact the same office with all the documents. The candidates should handover a self addressed envelop with Rs.30 stamp affixed on it to the supervisors at the examination hall on the first day of the exam positively. The hall tickets will not be send by post, the release added.
