Kasaragod: At least 10 persons have been injured, one of them seriously, in a clash involving activists of the Samastha Kerala Sunni Students Federation (SKSSF) and the Samastha Sunni Federation (SSF) over madrasa curricula at Chinnamugar, near Bandiyode, close to Kumbla town, the police said here on Wednesday. The SSF activists alleged that on Tuesday night, a group of persons armed with deadly weapons barged into a madrasa classroom at Chinnamugar and tried to attack the teacher, leading to the clash. Seven of the injured were admitted to hospitals in Mangalore.
