Journalist dead

VISAKHAPATNAM: Senior journalist A. Muralikrishna, died of heart attack in the early hours of Friday. He was 54 and is survived by wife Meena Kumari, a son and a daughter. He was employed with `Vision' as associate editor.

A large number of journalists from all over the State and his former colleagues in ‘Andhra Bhoomi' reached his house to pay their last respects.

A good poet and writer, he had penned ‘Naalugu Dikkulu' book in Telugu and had received the best journalist award from the Vizag Journalists' Forum.
