KOTTAYAM: The Most Backward Communities Federation (MBCF) will organise its central zone conference here on Saturday. Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy will inaugurate the event that will be held at the District Vyaparabhavan. Kerala Congress (M) leader K.M. Mani will deliver the keynote address at the meet. Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan, MLA, and Socialist Janata (Democratic) senior vice-president Varghese George will be the chief guests at the function.
