KOTTAYAM: The School of Social Work of Marian College, Kuttikkanam, is organising Spectra- '11', a national-level meet of social work students, from February 23 to 25. The theme for the event will be ‘Resilient Youth for Resilient Society'. International Council on Social Welfare (ICSW) president Christian Roland will inaugurate the programme that will be presided over by college manager Ruban J. Thannickal.
