Haryana Janhit Congress condemns Hooda regime for corruption

Special Correspondent

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Janhit Congress chief Kuldip Bishnoi on Wednesday asserted that rampant corruption in the State could be eradicated only by the “ouster of the Congress regime in the State.”

Mr. Bishnoi, who on Monday launched the “Haryana Janhit Yatra” on tractors from Kalka, was addressing a rally in Naraingarh. He said the 16-day yatra will cover the entire State and “inform the people about the acts of omission and commission” of the Bhupinder Singh Hooda Government.

The yatra would culminate at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi where HJC workers would sit on a day's hunger strike. Also, a delegation headed by former Chief Minister and lone HJC MP Bhajan Lal would submit a detailed memorandum about the “corruption and scams” in Haryana to the President.

Mr. Bishnoi, the younger son of Mr. Bhajan Lal, also criticised the “acquisition of fertile land in Ambala for setting up an industrial unit”.
