‘Vignan Mahotsav - 2011' to begin today

GUNTUR: Vignan University at Vadlamudi is all decked up for the two-day ‘Vignan Mahotsav - 2011' beginning on Saturday. More than 10,000 students from over 500 colleges from all over the country are expected to take part in the national-level event. Kerala High Court Chief Justice J Chalameswar will be participating as the chief guest in the inaugural function. IAS officer A Sridhar Babu, noted cartoonist Sridhar of Eenadu and Laila Group Chairman G. Gangaraju are taking part as special guests. All India Council of Technical Education former chairman R Natarajan will be chief guest at the valedictory function on February 28. Xinthe Technologies Vice-President Sastry Pullela, film director Sekhar Kammula and Sadhana Sangam Dance Academy (Bangalore) Director Pattabhiram are the special guests at the valedictory function.
