Kollam: Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has said that since the Kiliroor case was investigated by the Central Bureau of Investigation, he is not is a position to state whether a so-called VIP was involved in the case. He was repaying to questions from mediapersons here on Sunday. To another question, Mr. Balakrishnan said the Kerala Police Act was amended giving sufficient forethought to its practicalities.
