Take good care of your body and mind to taste success

The dates for examinations has come. The day to prove your fruits of labour and succeed in the best way has come. To face the examinations in the best way, you may follow the positive ways to keep your body and mind in perfect consonance.

1. Take extreme care of your health:

Take food items to the requisite minimum level. More consumption of food will create laxity and lethargy. As it is summer season, drink more water which will protect you from heat radiation of summer and keep you very active.

2. Plan you studies:

Daily prepare a time table and plan and programme to study. This will make you to avoid wastage of time and finish all the portions. The portions highlighted by your teachers as important may be given more prominence. Answers for important question may be again and again recollected so that they can be recalled fluently to write during examinations.

3. The day prior to examination:

On the previous day of examination don't try to read anything not at all read so far. This will avoid waste of time and fear of examination. Hence, recalling and recollecting lessons prepared so far and drawing diagrams pertaining to science will be of immense use.

Avoid reading late nights. This may create fatigue during examination affecting you.

4. Examination Day:

Don't forget that this is the day bringing "Success". Hence with self confidence and mental courage, you should be ready for facing examination happily.

Waking up early in the morning and revision of all the lessons rapidly is of good use.

For writing the examination provide yourself with a good pen and additional one or two pens. Further, take care to bring pencils, eraser, colour ink pens, geometry box, and scale to the examination.

Take limited breakfast and start slightly earlier to the exam centre.

At this time get the blessings of parents and other elders which will increase your energy and self confidence. While going to the exam centre in bus or vehicle, go with much care.

5. At the Examination Centre:

In the Exam centre avoid unnecessary talks with other students. Sit in a quite, lonely place and revise all portions quickly.

Confirm whether all the required articles brought for examination are with you.

6. In the Examination Room:

Except articles meant for examination, keep other articles in the room allotted for them. You confirm doubly to ascertain that you don't keep any other articles other than the required things for exam. You get the permission of hall supervisor and sit silently in your appropriate place. After getting your question paper, write your exam register number in the question paper. Read the questions and mentally prepare yourself to write the answers. In the answer paper, write register number, subject and date correctly. When you write answers, read the question well, understand properly and write suitably and underline the important points to highlight.

Choose the questions very well known first and answer them, giving priority.

Understanding well, but answering incorrectly will be bringing highly bad result and impede your success.

Complete the answers 15 minutes before and revise the answers for any correction, underlining important points is appreciated. After the examination, don't discuss or argue about the examination with others. Instead think about the succeeding examination to write successfully.

Securing 100% marks and success on 100% should be your motto. You will definitely attain.
