Bridge across Mullaperiyar

THENI: A half-km long bridge across the Mullaperiyar river connecting Koozhaiyanur and Kottur villages is to be constructed at a cost of Rs.1.68 crore.

Commissioning the work at Kottur on Monday, Collector P. Muthuveeran said that this the bridge when commissioned would scale down travel distance and time.
