Kamlesh to train AP paddlers

VIJAYAWADA: Table Tennis Federation of India vice-president S.M. Sultan said on Thursday that Stag International would depute Olympian and former National champion Kamlesh Mehta for a training stint in Andhra Pradesh in June.

He said Stag International was conducting three camps starting with the Andhra Pradesh leg.

“Kamlesh would train the junior and sub-junior paddlers” he saidThe camp, to be held at Vijayawada, will also see the top two players in the sub-junior and junior categories from Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Goa and Orissa taking part. — Principal Correspondent
