An eventful summer ahead

The month of March has started and so has the long summer! Just like the competition in the matches of ICC Cricket World Cup, temperatures here gradually heating up. Day time temperatures have started to rise, much to the chagrin of public, especially motorists, who brave the summer heat on busy city roads.

Apart from dry winds and the ubiquitous heat wave, summer also signals the onset of exam season and subsequently holidays for scores of children in twin Cities. The 90-day Hyderabadi summer will continue till May before monsoons give some respite. The ICC Cricket World Cup closely followed by IPL and the ongoing political developments at National and State level, could surely provide everybody with an eventful summer this year.
