Noida to have North India's tallest building

NEW DELHI: Unveiling plans to construct the tallest building in North India, realty firm Supertech on Thursday said it would develop a 225 mt 60-storeyed residential tower in Noida.

Addressing a press conference here, Supertech chairman R. K. Arora said the company would invest Rs.600 crore in the project and offer a total of 1,326 housing units in the tower with prices up to Rs.2.25 crore. Asked about the source of funding, he said it would be largely met through internal accruals and advances from customers. The company is in talks with private equity players to raise funds through the FDI route.
