New projects by Puravankara

KOCHI: Puravankara Projects Ltd., a real estate company, is planning to enter the roads and bridges segment.
It will also launch projects in tier-II cities. The company will soon complete Purva Oceana, a three-bedroom premium apartment project, on Marine Drive in Kochi.
Ongoing projects
It has ongoing projects in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
It had 33 completed projects and 19 ongoing projects to its credit, company CEO J.K. Nazarath said at a press conference here.
The company had entered into a joint venture with Singapore-based Keppel Corporation Ltd., a government-owned conglomerate, he added.
The company had presence in Dubai and Colombo also.
A wholly-owned subsidiary, Provident Housing Ltd., will execute the projects in the affordable housing category, he said.
