Class X student killed in accident

HYDERABAD: A tenth class student was killed after the motorcycle he was riding was hit by a speeding RTC bus at Mehdipatnam on Friday afternoon. His friend, however, escaped with injuries. The victim, Prabhakar (16) of Shivbagh picked up his Intermediate friend Sushender from his examination centre and was returning home on the motorcycle. Soon after reaching Sarojini Devi Eye hospital near Mehdipatnam, he took a ‘U' turn upon seeing traffic constables when a RTC bus hit them from behind resulting in grievous injuries. While Prabhakar was declared brought dead, Sushender is undergoing treatment.
