Mysore: Post Graduate Sports Council (Mysore) won the overall championship in the three-day Mysore University inter-zonal men's games here on Thursday. PGSC secured 17 points. Maharaja's College (Mysore) with 13 points finished second while PES Arts & Commerce College (Mandya) and SBRR Mahajana FGC (Mysore) with 11 points each secured the third place. PGSC won the chess and kho-kho titles and finished runner-up in badminton, ball-badminton and third place in handball. St. Philomena's College (Mysore) won the cricket title, while TTL College won the hockey title. Maharaja's College won the volleyball and softball titles. VVFGC won the table tennis title while SAFGC (Channarayapatna) won the kabaddi title. SBRR Mahajana College won the lawn tennis title and finished runner-up in volleyball. Mandavya FGC (Mandya) won the football title while Govt. Arts College (Hassan) won the handball title. PES, Arts Science College won the basketball title and Yuvaraja's College (Mysore) won the shuttle badminton title.
