NALGONDA: Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday debunked the talk of a merger of TRS with the Congress, saying the ruling party leaders were obsessed (‘vileenam pichi') with such thoughts as they were hesitant to join the separate State agitation.
Addressing a condolence meeting at Gandrapalli, 40 km from here, of Chirkur Usha Goud, a veteran CPI leader, member of the Telangana freedom struggle, Mr. Rao expressed surprise why the Congress leaders were hesitant to fully back the statehood movement.
