JNTUK inks pact with UCW

KAKINADA: The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) has signed a memorandum of agreement with the University Canada West (UCW) for offering a two-year collaborative MBA programme from this academic year. Vice-Chancellor of the JNTUK Allam Appa Rao and Vice-Chancellor of the UCW Verna Magee Shepherd signed the agreement here on Wednesday.

Second year

According to the agreement, the students would complete first year of the course in the JNTUK here and the second year in the UCW in Canada.

Ms. Shepherd expressed happiness over the agreement and with the facilities available in the JNTUK. Rector of the JNTUK K. Satya Prasad, Registrar V. Ravindra, and Director of the School of Management Studies P. Vijay Kumar were present.
