Special buses for Panguni Uthiram

Coimbatore: Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation (TNSTC) – Coimbatore Division 1 is operating special buses to various temples from March 18 to 20 in view of the Panguni Uthiram festival on March 19.

A release from TNSTC said that 43 special buses would be operated on the Coimbatore – Palani sector 43, Pollachi – Palani sector 8, Coimbatore – Poondi sector 20, Gandhipuram – Perur and Gandhipuram – Marudhamali 6 besides four buses on the Mettupalayam – Kurundamalai Kumaran Kundru. These would be in addition to the regular bus services.

Additional services

TNSTC staff would be deployed at these places with additional staff for operating further additional services on a need based approach.
