VIZIANAGARAM: Spot valuation of Intermediate examination papers will be held in four phases beginning Wednesday. Some 2, 51,078 answer sheets have reached here. In the first phase, valuation of English, Telugu, Hindi, mathematics and civics would be done at Lakshmi Devi Degree College, Dharmapuri from 10 am, Regional Inspection Officer of Intermediate Board G. Govinda Rao said here on Tuesday. At a media conference, Mr. Govinda Rao said valuation of Sanskrit had begun from March 14. Adequate measures had been taken to reduce burden on evaluators and to ensure zero per cent error. An additional scrutiniser was also appointed to re-check entries and accurate posting of marks in the OMR sheet, he said. In all, 312 examiners had been appointed for valuation in the first phase. The second phase of spot valuation would begin from March 26, third phase from March 28, and the last phase from April 2, he said.
