KURNOOL: Telugu Vikasa Samiti activists K.C. Kalkura and J.S.R.K. Sarma has urged the government to enforce State anthem “Maa Telugu Talliki” throughout the State as official song before any function. They sais most of the organisers were deliberately avoiding the song, especially in Chittoor district, to sing their private songs. They said the State anthem was penned by great write Sankarambadi Sundarachari much before the State was formed. Three regions described The song described all three regions of the State in the most lucid and vivid manner. They urged the government to punish those who tried to insult the song.
